Sale of Goods

We would ask that you please read the terms and conditions on this page. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions on this page at any time in order to improve your experience.

The materials on this website are directed at consumers who access this website from the United Kingdom. While the supply of goods is limited to the UK we will be happy to advise on the cost of shipping to any part of the world.

The use of the pcsowhat.com website in general and in particular with regard the purchase of products through the site is governed by the laws of Scotland.

Deliveries / Your Order / Return / Refund Policy / Cancellation

Deliveries: All deliveries in the UK are made by Royal Mail first-class post. Goods will be shipped from our office, wherever possible, on the day that the order is received. The maximum time for shipping an order from our office will be five days from receipt of your order.

Your Order: Submission of completed ‘shopping cart’ order forms and their associated payment and delivery details will not be deemed as an acceptance of the order. Your order and credit or debit card details will be validated before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative product or given a full refund.

Complaint: If you have a complaint with regard to any product or service that we provide, you are entitled to a full refund of the value of the goods or services ordered inclusive of your postage costs. The timeframe for complaints is 7 days after receipt of the goods or services by you.

Payment: We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards or by any other method as shown during the checkout process. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Prices: The prices quoted are in U.K. pound sterling and are subject to change. All prices include VAT where appropriate. The nature of the essential oils that are the integral ingredients in our products will vary and our product prices may reflect this. For this reason, a price that you pay on a previous order may no longer be valid.

Stock: We do try to have all of our products in stock at all times. Some of them are popular and for reasons out with our control, there may be times when we are unable to make an immediate delivery. If we find this to be so, we will send you an e-mail advising the situation and we can hopefully find a solution.

Cancellation: The customer retains the right to cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch.

Return / Refund: If the customer has a complaint with regard to any product supplied, we will endeavor to respond, investigate and refund if appropriate the full cost of the goods supplied together with all associated postage costs. We will do so within 4 days of the complaint being received.

The timeframe for raising an account is within seven days of receipt of the goods supplied. Due care is placed with the customer to ensure that the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulation have been met.

Your Ideas

While we will be happy to take on board any comment or suggestion that you make with regard to any product that we manufacture, this will be on the basis that we will have no liability to you in any way, nor owe compensation for any use of the ideas or suggestions as we see fit.
